As founder of Bio2Lab, he works with government and industry to deliver real-time, field-ready solutions for detecting and managing pollution events. David’s expertise bridges science, regulation, and innovation, with a strong record in environmental risk assessment, technical reporting, and stakeholder engagement. He has authored over 85 technical reports and 24 peer-reviewed publications.
