Backed by a Certificate III and strong leadership skills, he’s committed to operational excellence, environmental responsibility, and mentoring future water industry professionals.

Phil has 15 years’ experience in water and wastewater operations at Fraser Coast Regional Council. Starting as a trainee, he advanced to Team Leader at Pulgul STP. With expertise in plant operations, workplace improvement, and system optimisation, he’s known for driving performance through collaboration, innovation, and a strong focus on operational excellence and leadership.
