Kerolos is a Senior Production Officer with ten years of water treatment experience in plant operations, process optimisation and drinking water quality analysis. Currently he is actively involved in the Nepean Major Upgrade project among other operationally critical projects. In his current role, Kerolos works with design, construction and commissioning teams to provide practical operational insights to enhance the reliability and operability of infrastructure while managing competing challenges, such as operating aging infrastructure, population growth and climate change impacts.

Shion is a process engineer with over 4 years of experience in water treatment, municipal wastewater treatment, and quantitative sustainability of non-sewered sanitation technologies. She currently works as an Operational Process Engineer within Water Supply and Production at Sydney Water. In this role she provides technical support to water filtration plants to troubleshoot, optimise and support operations and capital upgrade initiatives to address population growth, aging infrastructure and climate change impacts.
