Mudasser Iqbal is the Founder and CEO of TeamSolve, an AI company focused on codifying human expertise to empower safer, faster, and more efficient operations in the water sector. His work supports field crews and operations teams with instant access to knowledge—reducing guesswork, improving response, and preserving critical know-how. Previously, Mudasser was Director of Client Solutions at Xylem Inc. and Co-Founder of Visenti, a smart water startup acquired by Xylem in 2016. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Monash University and has spent over 15 years designing technology that works for the people who keep our infrastructure running.
