Shane has nearly 20 years' experience within the water sector. He operated water and wastewater treatment plants with Icon Water for a decade before being appointed Lead Reliability Programme Engineer in 2024. Prior to this, he held various maintenance and operations roles within Water NSW's Murrumbidgee and Bega Valley headworks groups between 2006 and 2014.
