John uses his knowledge of Contracts, Farming and Water to help rural communities protect their water from new Coal Mines, including the Application by Kepco to establish a new coal mine in the Bylong Valley, NSW; an application which was ultimately refused. Specifications and Contracts that are “vague and ambiguous” are a real issue.
