Ebony manages a team of science and engineering staff who support day-to-day treatment plant operations at Wannon Water in South-West Victoria, as well as longer term improvement projects. The team works across treatment plant performance, capital works, trade waste, biosolids, natural assets and water recycling, with a strong focus on practical solutions developed alongside plant operators that work in the real world. She is a Chartered Professional Engineer, graduated in Civil Engineering from the University of Melbourne in 2003, and has worked as a consultant, in local government and at water authorities in both the UK and Victoria.
