Peter Gee is currently the Manager of People and Capability for the Water Services Association of Australia. Peter currently oversees WSAA’s People and Capability Board Committee and has managed an extensive range of business improvement projects which have included; AI Adaptive Learning, health and safety maturity,, development of a sector employee value proposition, future skills, digital maturity, metric and process benchmarking and supply chain analysis. Prior to working in the water industry, Peter worked in a number of performance improvement roles with Masterfoods (United Kingdom) and Hewlett Packard. Peter has a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce.
