Paul Dore is a senior People and Culture leader with over 15 years’ experience partnering with executive teams to drive culture, leadership and organisational transformation across utilities, infrastructure and government sectors. Currently at Unitywater, he leads enterprise initiatives aligned to the organisation’s 2030 Strategic Ambition, with a focus on safety culture, leadership capability and workforce performance. Paul brings a pragmatic, systems-based approach to embedding sustainable change, drawing on deep expertise in organisation design, engagement and executive advisory. He is passionate about helping leaders create environments where people are accountable, engaged and able to perform at their best.
