Andrew is part of water and wastewater operations for the Gympie region. His approach to plant management is built on a foundation in Environmental Science and Technology from USC, combined with hands-on experience in both the aquaculture,aquarium and municipal sectors. His primary technical focus is on process optimization, SCADA systems, and ensuring precision in water chemistry. Having just completed his Certificate III in Water Industry Operations, he is dedicated to applying practical, science-driven strategies to ensure the reliability and safety of our regional water infrastructure.

Ethan recently made the change to a career in the Water/Wastewater industry after working as a Marine Animal Keeper and is enjoying the new challenges and opportunities. He works at Gympie Regional Council in an Operator role and is excited to continue learning and developing as an Operator in such an interesting and diverse industry.
