Joel Field began his career in the water industry in 2013 as a Water Treatment Plant Operator at Seqwater where he completed a Certificate IV in Water Industry Operations. He has operated conventional Water Treatment Plants across the Gold Coast, Redland and Mt Crosby, and a Membrane Filtration plant at Canungra. More recently, in 2025 he was appointed Operations Project Manager where he facilitates risk assessments, develops risk treatment plans and coordinates the completion of risk improvements. He assures effective operational outcomes as an interlocutor between operations teams and the Principal Contractor, Infrastructure Planners and Capital Delivery Project Managers.
