Matthew is a technical and operational documentation specialist and electrical engineer with deep experience in water‑industry automation, SCADA, PLC/RTU programming, and treatment‑plant optimisation. He has delivered major upgrades for Yarra Valley Water, improving reliability, safety, and control‑system performance across multiple sites. Matthew designs PLC/RTU test benches for FAT's, training, and troubleshooting, supporting consistent validation of logic and operator readiness. He is committed to lifting safety, reliability, and operational clarity across the sector through disciplined engineering practice and clear, evidence‑based documentation.
