Details
Move beyond Pride 101 and discover how LGBTIQA+ inclusion is shaped by everyday workplace decisions, from onboarding forms and recruitment language to EAP services, PPE and bathroom access on remote jobs. Drawing on insights from across the water sector, Zoé Kennedy will unpack practical changes that strengthen psychological safety and help organisations embed inclusion meaningfully. Through live polls, honest discussion and plain-language guidance, participants will gain simple tools to audit current practices and access best-practice resources. Managers, operators and HR leaders will leave with concrete actions to take back to their teams, plus dedicated time for questions and shared learning.
