Christine Rieksen has over 20 years' experience in learning, skills and training, and workforce development across government and industry. As a Senior Project Officer with the NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water, she leads the Skills and Training stream for the Workforce Futures Program, supporting Local Water Utilities and working with industry to develop practical training pathways that strengthen workforce capability to support a skilled, resilient future workforce.
