Luke’s background spans sewer rehabilitation, civil works, camera inspections, fibreglass resin patching, robotics, chemical repair systems, crew training, polyurea manhole systems and industrial corrosion problem-solving. His experience includes work in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan, giving him a practical understanding of rehabilitation delivery across both municipal and industrial environments. Luke now applies that experience to Australian council and utility infrastructure, with a focus on manhole rehabilitation, infiltration control, high-pressure preparation, polyurea lining and quality-assured asset renewal. He brings a field-based perspective on what works, what fails and what needs to be controlled to achieve durable rehabilitation outcomes.
